Nice storage
Customer service was great is very clean I like that they have the dollies that you can put your stuff on to bring upstairs that takes away a lot of the hassle and I love that they have cameras everywhere

I have been using storage for the past four years to house overflow and dorm items for my college student. This by far is the best storage facility I have come across. In addition to the cleanliness, the staff was courteous and helpful.

The facility and units are very clean, organized, and nice. It is highly secure and with their access procedure it is very safe. The temperature controlled facility is great to keep your stored things protected. They have all the equipment to help make your move easy (flat bed rollers and a moving truck to use for free). The best part is…The employees are super nice and friendly! Lisa, the manager is awesome, accommodating, and very helpful!! Caroline was too.

I feel so comfortable and confident with my belongings being at the lockup storage in hamden, CT because Lisa is on top of everything. She was helpful at all stages, including during my transitions and my protracted move out of state. She's good at sales and good at solving problems. The facility is clean and secure; I was confident in being there when the office was closed. Lisa even has a great playlist that is broadcast throughout the building -- it was actually enjoyable to stop by to visit my stuff. Kudos to her and the Lock Up.

D DicksI put my items into storage at this place back in 2018..I never went back to my unit, until 2021 when I could no longer take the rate hikes. The rate for my storage unit was constantly increasing. I was sent an email what my new rate would be at one point then told I was given the wrong rates. My unit was filled with moths and my items had spider webs all over them..I could see my neighbors items piled to the ceiling which is not good due to bed bugs. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
