CubeSmart was great and very accommodating to my needs. It is very convenient and helpful that they are open 24/7 with access to the the units. The staff was also very helpful, professional, and accommodating. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I went to store things on my initial visit, the elevator was out of order and there wasn't any notification or warning, so I had to end up moving everything manually walking up a flight of stairs, but other than that, great service.
JamieI hate that I had to move out of CubeSmart. It just got too expensive, rates went up drastically. Huge thanks to Shayla, she always tried to help me and she did help me the best she could. I wish I could’ve stayed with the company. Bittersweet after being a customer for years!
