RODENT INFESTATION do not go here! We had furniture and things stored for less than 2 months and they were ruined -including a new mattress- by mouse pee and poop and chewing! The manager said “oh yea we know about that,” But would not offer a refund or reimbursement of any kind for our loss! We even opted for the upgraded indoor climate-control storage. Absolutely unacceptable! UPDATE: the owner responded publicly here, I sent info but they have not done ANYTHING to remedy this still
Cicily FordI agreed to rent a temperature controlled unit that requires i enter a building with a code. Well I was given a code that is not allowing me to enter the building. I made this known on the day I made the agreement and told it woukd be taken care of on Friday. Returned on Sunday to enter the building again and cannot use my code. Called the after hours number and given a temporary code that did not work as well. I called to request a pull up unit same size and price and they are not willing to accommodate me. I will be looking to go elsewhere because I have been inconvenienced. I showed up with a truck and car load full of stuff on my day off and had people to help me with this. Nobody has time for this. IM VERY DISSATISFIED
Mareika PhillipsApparently it was naive of me to think that paying for climate controlled storage would mean that I wouldn’t have to worry about mice, rats, cockroaches, and other pests. I was wrong. I rented a small climate-controlled storage space in April 2025 and by July 2025 my items were infested with mice droppings. And of course the insurance they offer does not cover rodent damage. I would never use this place again and recommend others don’t either. Why pay $200 a month for your things to be infested?
