The woman attendant in the fall of 2025 was very helpful. I received a post card with a rate increase of more than double what I was paying. I went to the office. There was man who told me that I had a 5 day grace period and I did not need to remove my things on the 8th of April, the end of my rental. He also said he could try to negotiate a lower rent. I said ok. He said he would call me the next day. By 4 pm I did not receive a call so I called. He said the new rental cost would be about $125. Then I was billed over $220. So I called and was told the 5 day grace period is for monthly renters. The lower rate would apply for May. On May 5 I removed my items. I was told there would be someone present on May 6 to check me out. I went on May 6 no one was there. I left 3 phone messages about my check out with no response. Also insulation from the ceiling keeps falling. I hope it is not asbestos. I hope I don't get billed any more.
Kai is a beautiful and pleasant young lady. She has always been willing to help my grandmother who stores here. She is so patient and kind. Extra Space is lucky to have her. Facility is always clean and she is a hard worker. I see her cleaning units and picking up trash around the property when I take my grandmother there. Office is always spotless. She really takes care of the site.
MOLD ON ALL BELONGINGS!! When me and my girlfriend went to our unit today, an indoor unit at that, all of our stuff was covered in mold. When we went to tell the employee we were told there was nothing she could do for us and we would have to submit a claim which would take a while to get back to us but until then they could do nothing. I then asked for a refund for this month as I was planning on removing my items and not keeping my things there for the month I’m only there for maybe 5 days of. In less than a year I’ve had our unit price raised from 50-90 to now 170. Avoid this place unless you want your items covered in mold being covered in mold and outrageous price increases!
Carrieann was extremely helpful. She was able to answer all of my many questions that I had. She was very patient with me and explained things multiple times that I didn’t understand. She made sure that before we ended the call, that I understood everything, and walked me back through all of the steps I needed to take. She was extremely professional and polite and seems to really care to e of help to me
Had an awesome experience getting my storage unit set up! Kia was super nice, responsive, and really helpful through the whole process. She made everything easy to understand and got me set up quickly. Definitely appreciate how friendly and informative she was — great customer service all around! Highly recommend this location.
Would have been five stars except the snow removal contractor they have it's not a very good one. Other than that, Kai, The site manager was very helpful with any questions I had, and was very willing to help me out… So she gets five stars
