I've been keeping items at Danbury Public Storage for 7 or 8 years. the facility is very well kept, clean and easy to access. Karl, who manages and cares for the place is an exceptional caretaker. He recently saw me struggling to fit all my Tetris pieces into my unit and offered to help me find a tad bit larger space just 4 spaces down the hall and for $20 less! He showed a genuine interest in making my storage experience better. Thank you Karl.

I highly recommend the Mill Pain Rd, Danbury Public Storage location. It is extremely well kept, the bathroom was immaculate and the employees are always great. The last time I was there I had a question and Karl went above and beyond to help me. It is obvious he takes pride in what he does which is a pretty rare thing these days.

This is the worst place. I paid my bill on the September 7th because I was in a domestic violence case. My storage rent was $268.00. I paid it to 0 for the rental. Apparently there was a fee and I didn't see it. Although the rental was caught up it was a fee and they continue to add fees. 200.00 the sold my stuff. My mother wedding dress. The dress I wore to her funeral. My little son clothes and TV. I am running for my life and I just came out to get my stuff and it gone. Not only am I running I have no memories. My social security cards are gone. I don't even have furniture. I wanted to give my mother dresses to my daughters. All for 200.00. They sold for 100.00 and left me with fees. Please Mr Owner return my stuff. You don't need the money to take away from poor.

Premises and grounds are always kept clean. The automated gates that open from my app are appreciated. However navigating my account from the app was less than stellar as I tried to close my account after vacating mid month. Tyrone was extremely helpful as the app was about to penalize me for a late ‘vacate’ when truthfully, I vacated early as I paid for the full month in advance. Tyrone was pleasant and a real credit to the Public Storage team at the Danbury facility..
