Mike was incredibly helpful. He showed me a couple of units and after explaining what I was planning on storing he helped me pick the perfect unit. He was very patient and understanding that I needed extra help with explanations. Amazing facilities and Mike was the best employee. Recommend 10 out of 10

The manager onsite was really nice. I'm super busy, and I had to rent the site unseen. He actually upgraded me to a better unit for like $1 more per month. He was very hospitable, and this is SO much nicer than my former unit in Hamden.

RUN!!! The absolute worst experience at a storage facility I have ever seen. The main manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I shared a 20x10 double bay unit with my sister, in which the monthly rental price increased by hundreds of dollars over the course of 6 months. Both snow storms from winter 2026, both of our doors were completely covered by FEET of snow after a snow plow “cleared” the facility. When approaching the manager, he decided it was fair to advise his elderly worker alone in the office, to assist in shoveling feet of solid ice in front of the units. From the beginning of rental, I was repeatedly harassed by the manager each time I would access the unit moving items in and out, only going about my business. The units are horribly maintained, lock mechanisms are falling apart. Couldn’t be more relieved to have moved out of this horrible place.
Jackie mirandoI went into my storage unit yesterday my shoes were soaked, my curtains ruined and I had everything wrapped up real good. This place just keeps raising the rent they add late frees on your account if you can’t go there directly and pay it not to get a payment fee over the phone. Enough is Enough they don’t care about their customers or if any of your stuff gets ruined. I am trying to get my stuff out of there ASAP because my rent just went up another $20.00 and I wasn’t even told.

I especially appreciate Mike, who went out of his way to call and let me know my truck’s lights were left on—above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend this location.
