The unit was clean and with the high ceiling it was more than enough room to hold my items. The customer service was exceptional. Very easy to set up payments with automatic withdrawal. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

Finding myself in an unexpected pinch, i called Gwen @ A Sure Thing. Within a half hour, i pulled up in front of my "new digs" & unloaded the extras !!! The facility was surely the nicest I've seen. Small, quiet & very well kept. A Sure Thing made an unpleasant situation quite tolerable for me & I highly reccomend them to all.

Decent place for short term storage. After 2 years of using a sure thing storage I noticed they are very slow to make important repairs but quick to raise the prices. The property has remaind the same for over 15 years so they cant justify raising prices but they still raise the prices.The customer service reps seem like they hate their job and when you call in its like you are bothering them. They have charged my account early at least 6 times causing the system to not take payment and then charge me with a late fee. This place is only good for a short term option. I would not recommend.

Robby from management even helped me unload my truck for an hour when he saw me doing it by myself. Can't say enough good things about ASTS. 10/10 recommended.
