My experience was great all because of Jennifer, she is the office manager, very kind, informative and helpful. The units are clean, and property is well kept. I would definitely rent a unit there again and highly recommend them.
Stephen StuderEverything had gone smoothly with setup and move-in. Site was clean and easy to access. I would have given 5-stars if not for what I would call deceptive pricing. I prepaid for 6-months through a corporate representative over the phone. Months later I got a call that my fee went up 50%. No mention of price going up before signing the contract, though I think it would be reasonable to adjust for annual increases for inflation and cost increases (definitely not 50%). Watch out for the small print guys….. I will be looking for another storage unit ASAP. Mover fees will be half the cost I will save on an annual basis.
