The Prime people, Amber and Shawn. Were very friendly and welcomed me with smiles . Had to make some changes when I got there and it was no problem . The hours are great. And it's very clean. Great place to store your stuff.
Great friendly staff and price is right!
Overall great experience! I definitely had an easy move in and forgot a lock and the staff member got right on it to get me one and bring it over to the unit for me! Thanks again for such a smooth transition!

It's a good place but has gotten really expensive and I see no reason for it. It's not because of the gas prices or the bad economy. After all, the storage unit just sits there collecting money.
Nice facility and helpful staff
First time renting a storage and the process was quick and easy. The facility is easily accessible with a security gate. It is located right off the freeway which makes it easy to get to. The staff was very helpful, Amber made the process of signing up painless. Both Amber and Summer were polite professional and pleasant making this a wonderful experience.

Amber is the Queen Bee here! She has been in the storage game for some time with both recommended and not so recommended management teams and brings together a combination of humble customer service and knowledge about the ins and outs of contracting a storage space in sonoma county. She was hilarious, friendly, and accommodating, hooking me up with an amazing deal! She was down to earth and kind and non-assuming as a manager and truly puts the customer service experience first. My dad’s been here, I’m here, and would highly recommend prime storage and it’s amazing quality in storage spaces as well as awesome team.

I would recommend this place to anyone I know. You also can’t beat the location right next to Russian river brewery. Made it very nice to get lunch and easy to park when we were moving in and out.
Matthew SweeneyI was told the unit I rented had drive up access, it did not. The rent was raised 3 times in 14 months. My unit was broken into and everything of value was stolen. There are very few cameras, and I doubt that they even function. I’ve been told by law enforcement that units are often broken into at this location. It was a huge mistake storing anything with Prime storage. I would not give them any stars, but apparently that’s not an option.
Charity GillisI have only had my storage unit for 6 months and they have raised my rent extraordinarily twice. The first time they raised it from $100/ month to almost $200/ month. I called and complained and they reduced it to $140/month. (a 40% increase instead of 100%). 3 months later it jumped to $180/ month and I called again to complain and they reduced it to $170/ month. So after 6 months I am paying at a 70% increase from the original contract. I can't even check to see if my stuff is safe as I am very far away. My advise: don't use this facility for more than 3 months.
