George at Mini U Storage was super friendly and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He greeted me with a smile and was very transparent about the pricing, which I really appreciated. He showed me the storage unit first and made sure I was comfortable with it before asking if I wanted to move forward. There was no pressure at all. Great customer service experience overall. Highly recommend!

Kendall HillJorge was very attentive and helpful! We made a reservation early this morning and came a little after 9. He was able to show us our unit, make sure we liked it, we brought our own lock that we were having troubles with and he helped us right away with getting a new one. He was very friendly and polite which was nice to encounter! Moving can be tough and he made our experience better. The unit seems to be easy to get our stuff in and out, well priced, and clean. Amazing service and friendly staff!
MeliStoneeStorage facility is well kept. The application process is quick and easy. Uploaded my ID, signed documents and the storage unit was ours. The gentlemen and lady that were in the office were courteous. The gentlemen showed me the unit and swept the unit before we unloaded our belongings.
George PWe had a great experience with Mini U Storage in Westminster! Jeff and Lisa were wonderful to work with. We had a vacation interrupted by a family emergency and needed to store our truck and trailer somewhere in the area. They had the room and worked with us to secure two spots at a very reasonable rate for the time we needed to park them there. I would highly recommend using them for storage space or RV storage.
