It was such a great deal and so easy to set up. They make it easy to get started right away and you have the ability to set it all up through the phone. I appreciated how easy it was to book, sign the paperwork and have my unit readily available. I would say it took an hour or less to do everything and to actually start putting my stuff in inside my unit. They do try to maintain the facility. Also it’s kind of hidden so you have to look out for it, but I highly recommend. Thank you CubeSmart.

Thought this would have been a good fit, especially after how extra space storage was bs. My main gripe is a cart. You pull up and you think you were clever to get the cheapest unit, upstairs and inside, save a few bucks.. well they had a Jankie cart near my lift. I used it, it worked. Couldn't fit too much on there but hey, it was something. I came back that evening with another load and found there was a car next to the lift, so i figured, damn, they're using the cart I'll bet. And sure enough, they were. It was a woman, I approached her and asked if she knew if there were carts at any other of the buildings that I could just go borrow for the moment, because it was 9:30 p.m. and they close at 10:00. I didn't want to become locked inside. She responds no they don't have carts here except in the office, where you need to go check them out and this cart is actually mine, I leave it here though so me and anyone else who needs it can use it. I'm like wow that's great, that's pretty awesome of you. She says I'll be done with it in a few minutes, that way you can get your stuff in. That's ok if you don't get done soon, it's your cart, i don't want to put you out in any way. I'm pretty sure it's safe to assume that when the office is closed you can't borrow a cart from them. So yeah, if you want to do any evening runs to storage, don't plan on using a cart to push your things in. Maybe this is how they incentivize you to get a drive up unit? If I would've known this before renting, I never would've rented that inside unit. So I brought some more stuff the next day, carried it all up and at the end i needed to use the restroom.. guess what??? It's locked and you need to ask the office.. and they close the office at 6 Here is what kills me.. I was able to reserve the unit online.. pay for the unit online.. sign into the app.. open up the gate from the app.. Go find my unit... I can do everything without an office person until you move in.. then everything else you want/need, requires an office person. Go figure, what great logic. 🤪 I will be leaving at the end of this months rental term.

Dolly, the lady I first met, Answered all my questions and showed me a couple units. I like her very much. I also like the gentlemen that works there also. He's hardworking and will help you with anything possible. I came here because I was tired of being tricked in to thinking I was getting a fair price, then in less than 3 months paying top tier rental prices which I could not afford. After hunting every where I decided to try renting here. The downstairs units are nice and new and the hours are great. There are many sizes you can pick from. Right off the freeway on Edwards St, by Westminister Mall and seems easy to find. I am hoping I can stay here for awhile while my father is passing and have no worries leaving my stuff here. You save by reserving on line and they had an added chat feature which was super helpful!! It's like getting customer service ! Nice feature.. thank you managers and chat guy.. 10 stars to the team that manages, this CubeSmart. Thank you for making this experience, pleasant and most of all FAIR prices.. 😉

Ernest made my experience with CubeSmart the best out of any storage facility I’ve ever gone to. He, on his lunch break, was willing to help me figure out the right size storage I would need for my belongings. He took me around in his golf cart to each prospect storage unit and let me decide for myself. All of the units were very new looking and clean. They did not have any odor or smell. I highly recommend CubeSmart for all your storage needs. The place is secure with access till 10 pm and entry at 6 am. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Ernest for getting me situated. You’re the best!

So this is my second use of CubeSmart due to outside normal moving situations. I’ve had storage units in the “hood” that really were quite the situations to encounter as to how people utilize storage units. In short CubeSmart I trust and with this recent 2nd signing up program I understand that the rent may increase if I keep stuff there for longer then 6 months. That’s expected w storage facilities in general. Ok to the point I have items that a valuable to me and well CubeSmart is spot on trust worthy and always have that professionalism that makes ya feel comfortable. I ended up being gone for over a year with many items that I just worried about …. Number #1 my 10’2” surfboard … it was all I thought about while gone. I had a unit that was medium size. In any case all went so good with this rental agreement hence the reason I’m at another CubeSmart now. Peace out and live life knowing ur stuff is good here… oh and insurance is required so ur good if by chance something occurred.
