Reserving online was easy and affordable, especially with the one month free offer! After finding the unit I needed, I was contacted right away by Dominic, who was helpful and friendly, asking if I had any questions. My reservation was held for a couple of days until I could go to the facility. At the Vista CubeSmart office, Cass very efficiently walked me through the rental agreement and answered my questions. I was happy with my overall experience - customer service, pricing and the storage space itself.

I’ve been impressed with the Cube Smart storage unit. It’s a versatile, well-made system that makes the most of small spaces without sacrificing style or practicality. The modular design means I can configure it to fit awkward corners or convert it into a room divider when I want a bit more separation. Assembly is straightforward and mostly tool-free, which is a big plus for quick redecorating or moving between rooms. Great for first time visit , also give discounts for military / Active duty soldiers.

I’ve had to move several times within North County San Diego and I always seem to come back to this CubeSmart location. The price is great, the facility is clean and the customer service is excellent! I appreciate Dominic and Kass for being so friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

I just want to say how much I appreciate this company not only the price but how kind they were and in my time of need. For a week I've been jerked around by movers and they charged me $2,400 and end up not even doing the move and stealing some of my things and damaging the rest and tried to bring other people's trash and deliver it back to the house and end up not even moving my things because I didn't want other people's items I don't even know why they did that. and because I objected to something so ridiculous they end up charging me $2,300 and didn't even move my things and I didn't sign a contract it was hell they were supposed to come back a second time and finish the move they showed up in the same thing happened I was prepared though. I bought a storage unit from cubeart. I needed to get one fast within an hour I was able to get one and they were accommodating in a time where I was about to have a nervous breakdown and it definitely showe.d I'm embarrassed. but the man in the office I'll look for his name was so kind I'm so grateful whoever signed me up maybe I can add it later I'm just so impressed things should be that easy in life especially working with companies they shouldn't treat you poorly especially if you pay a lot of money every transaction needs to go this smoothly thank you again now I just need to move my things in I wish I had movers to do it but somehow I got to figure it out thank you 💙💙

I’ve had a storage unit with CubeSmart for over 18 months. My experience with Dominic has been absolutely top notch, above and beyond. I’ve had many storage units in the past and it’s hard to differentiate them. So, outside of pricing and location, customer service is the most important aspect. Dominic and this location are great! I highly recommend.
