Amanda and Michelle went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. They were patient, professional, kind, and genuinely cared about finding solutions rather than just processing a transaction. That level of compassion is rare and deeply appreciated. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! she got me in and out of there in no time knew everything about the products and made renting a storage unit, which is sometimes chaotic very simple and easy! It’s funny because; really we were looking, just browsing. I made a ton of calls and visited a few nearby spaces. None of them truly disappointed, but I also was not impressed. And then I get a call back from Amanda, who’s kind and friendly unforgettable voice made me feel like we already knew each other! And she did her follow up calls too! Which made me feel like she actually cared. Which she did. She didn’t hesitate to show me as many sizes as I asked to see! Even same size units in different locations.
