Hot summer day
I was down sizing my storage, on what felt like the hottest day of summer.The female property manager was rolling around in her golf cart, and offered me something to drink, and of course I accepted. What a life saver.. ice cold water...so refreshing!!

The worst place! If you want to pay to have your belongings ruined by mice then by all means rent from them. Also they force place insurance but until August 1, 2025 they had no coverage. There is no maintenance person for the last 7 months at least. Only 1 person works there. Also the feral cats are fed by a non profit so rodents are going to have a feast on your stuff, whether eating it or pooping or urinating on everything. I wrote 3 letters about this and they NEVER responded, suing them tomorrow!

Venecia McqueenHonesty is this organizations top priority! No problem if you late or as normal people have busy schedules. Just know they are very courteous at sending you a reminder. They are awesome at helping you remember to manage your unit payment. To prevent you from accurring late fees etc. I have used this organization twice while residing in Tracy and I recommend this organization 100%. TRACY MINI STORAGE...I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR ORGANIZATION FOR EXISTING. AMEN
