Online to sign up was easy to use. Tim in front office is amazing. I remember him when i rented there over 10 years ago. The facility is very clean. Security to get into the facility is amazing. And need your code to leave too. Cameras everywhere

sluThumbs up for our experience at Extra Space Storage, Torrance, California. Nice, clean location. One of the features not found in some facilities, was vehicle storage. Our car was kept under a roof, which protected it well. We finally moved our car out, and it was a breeze. Jake was super nice and efficient in closing out our account. We would definitely rent there again, and recommend the facility to others. Be sure to ask for Jake.

The western facility is doing a renovation and so customers affected are asked to moved their stuffs by July 9 and because of this, reservation to other facilities are first come first serve . Thankfully , Jake assisted me in getting the unit I needed and helped me with the process patiently.
