I had such a great experience at CubeSmart Self Storage! I brought my kids with me (which can already be a lot 😅), and the staff were so patient and welcoming. They didn’t make us feel like we were in the way or rushed at all. They were super kind, talked to my kids, and just made the whole experience feel comfortable. Moving and dealing with storage can be stressful, especially with four kids, but they made it smooth and easy. They answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the process. The facility is clean, organized, and feels very secure too. You can really tell they care about people, not just business. I truly appreciate how warm and professional they were. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

I came in and had some questions about a storage unit because I have never had one before. I had the pleasure speaking with Sonya. She had a nice welcoming smile that made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. As a young adult in my 20s most adults would have judged me but she showed none of that. She was very helpful with all the questions that I had. She knew the answers to every question and had a good understanding of her job. I came out with a better understanding of storage units and even decided to up buying one on the spot for when I move away for college!! :)
