Super easy to do everything online, and they had my unit already. For me, immediately with a cute little care package with my lock and I welcome paperwork and business card the little bag, it was really sweet and at the same time, very professional, really good rates and clean units. I highly recommend these storage units

I appreciated the woman who helped me by letting me know I was 1. at the wrong location 2. But gave me an option to rent a unit there if location was more convenient. I appreciate customer service and employees who show that they care for the company they work for. The unit I rented ended up being too small and she found a way to help me to switch units right at closing and made it happen so I could fit all my belonging. She was a life saver.
