Great Experience
Considering I was stressed! The customer service was excellent. They made me feel welcome and explained everything in detail which I really appreciated. They even walked me to my unit. I would recommend them to anyone.
Would not recommend this storage facility
I moved from another Extra Space Storage in my town because they did not want to do business with me anymore because I was late leaving 4 times. So I book another unit at another Extra Space Storage thinking they were all privately owned. So they let me book the unit, get all my stuff moved in, and then as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m leaving the 3rd day after my last load the manager comes out and says I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rent from them that I have to move my stuff immediately. Also my latch on my unit would not close in order for me to put my lock on because the latch was all screwed up.

There's space to keep your shit. You pay some money and you can store your stuff. Lol. What more is to say? Oh the dude who runs the place is Hella chill. Hes great at his job and really nice and friendly. If you need anything and he's available he'll help you out. Godspeed yall.
Desica DokeAfter the first month or possibly 2 the rent on my unit doubled pretty unexpected but they did allow me 24 hours to switch to another smaller unit which worked out for me. So I could keep price under.control . They have handbtrucks/ carts available for renters to use and that made.the move a bit easier. Staff is helpful and they have a clean restroom open durring office hours. I've probably had 5 storage units over the years for extended amounts of time and these guys are better than any previous ones ive rented.

Olivia SteelePam is a real one! I greatly appreciated my interaction with her and her straight shooting. I’m expecting my rate to be increased within a couple of months which is my reason for 4 stars, it would be nice to know that I could afford my unit long term but otherwise I have no complaints about this facility. I got a nice indoor unit at an advertised online rate and haven’t had any issues. Thank you for being you, Pam!
