I think maybe this company should consider explaining with a little more detail about the whole "first months rent is FREE" promotion in order to eliminate any confusion and missunderstandings between their staff and customers
Office open Sundays is a plus!
Gina helped me on Sunday May 29th. She was great. Showed empathy for my situation. In the world climate, you don't find GREAT Customer service. Because of Gina I will recommend this location!

We moved out today, March 1, 2026 due to an ongoing rat issue that lasted several weeks. To be fair, management is actively conducting pest control efforts. However, despite notifying them and specifically requesting traps be placed inside our unit, it was never done. We even left our key on file to ensure they had access, but the request was not followed through. After weeks of dealing with the issue and not seeing meaningful resolution inside our unit, we no longer felt comfortable keeping our belongings there. I hope the facility strengthens follow-through on customer requests moving forward, especially when it involves protecting stored property.

Depart The NormIf you want your belongings stolen and for no one to care, this is the place for you! We've been burglarized twice in 5 years, in 2 different units. This most recent one there was a string of burglaries. Did they bother to tell the tenants? Nah, that's bad PR. Contacted the pathetic regional manager, Justin. No apology, no empathy, simply pointed out that they don't do refunds and that we signed a release of liability and arbitration agreement. They are too cheap to put security cameras in the interior hallways so thieves have free reign. We've already told every customer we've seen at the facility to move out, as we are in the process of doing. This is the worst business in Santa Maria. We're moving to a different facility that is less expensive, has actual security throughout the buildings, and is climate controlled. DON'T STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!
Jessie LimDON’T USE THEIR SERVICE! Got our 65” TV stolen after paying them $160 every month!!! Good thing they left some of our stuff. Found out today that our lock was cut. No refund will be given and will have to file a police report and only then they can file a claim from the insurance. After reading all the comments about the stuff being stolen, I can’t help but think if this is all an inside job!!!
