Extremely friendly and responsive staff! Good security too!
Loved all my interactions with the facility staff! Felt very welcomed and they were very organized and prepared for my arrival. I am also confident in their commitment to security since they do regular lock checks and access pins are necessary to even call the elevators! Unit and hallways were clean and they have radio music playing throughout which is a nice vibe.

Clean and well-kept but scary people outside
It is very hard to find someone on-site due to low staff availability. I went twice and no one was available, called and they had a hard time finding someone. I had to sit for about 20 minutes waiting until someone came to the front office. It is also a bit scary every night I go there's the same car parked in front with an open door and someone sitting inside. Last time there was another car filled with people smoking pot.

Sean helped us empty our storage! We had a fabulous experience using this storage, it it’s air-conditioned, there are carts, and you can come and go as you need. Love this spot! It’s worth the price

It really makes keeping your property at this location pleasant and helps you feel at ease! Thanks !! The place is spotless, the staff is super helpful and friendly as i mentioned! Facility has a good vibe and is not stressful. No bad vibes! that's the feeling that you mostly feel at other facilities which is draining and uncomfortable.quiet and clean is always a must. Great music. business. Extended hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm as long as you are enrolled in autopay. They have a restroom!
