We absolutely love our storage! The facility is always spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell they truly care—driving around in their golf carts, waving to members , and making sure the property stays clean and well-maintained.

We rented a storage unit here from 2020-2025. When we moved our belongings out we discovered severe water damage in the back of the unit that left four of our mattresses in the unit ruined. We paid rent faithfully for nearly 5 years. The facility has refused to replace the mattresses and also required us to handled the removal of the mattresses that had mold. We have filed a complaint on the BBB and plan to file a lawsuit. This is unacceptable and hope it does not happen to anyone else. Do not store your belongings here. The facility is not capable of protecting against the wet weather.

He gave us the details of the various options clearly, and he took time to show us around as we decided on a spot for our travel trailer. In fact, when we arrived later with the trailer, Norm helped us out in getting set in our spot--really above and beyond!

By far best experience we have ever had when renting a storage. The gentleman running the facility is kind, professional and very responsive to all my emails. Then when we show up we were amazed at how clean the entire property was- our storage unit was cleaner than some apartments we have looked at (seriously not kidding). The grounds are spotless, the service is incredible and the prices are very fair. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

The rates are very competitive for the area and the lease online signup was super easy. Norm was awesome at communicating and was very fast to respond. He also offered to complete my lock purchase online and placed it conveniently in the unit for me. Had zero issues whatsoever, highly recommended. Overall very pleasant experience.
