One of the few Type 14 facilities in the County. Former storage facility kept jacking up rates - after three years they were more than double original price - they also charged convenience fees for online or phone payments, required insurance and no trash cans on site - How the heck can residents be expected to keep area clean with no Trash Cans?! Pacific Storage so far so good - two thumbs up.

The best storage in San Diego!! Elizabeth was absolutely amazing with helping me and my partner. We both rented 2 storage spaces, we got a great deal and she went above and beyond to make sure we like our units and are comfortable with the plan. Service felt personal and different from any franchise/ multi location storage company. The facility is beautiful, very clean, the access is easy, and feels safe. I have rented different storage spaces in SD but this one is the best. Highly recommend!!!!
