My experience with Public Storage has been very good and I would definitely recommend them. I’ve rented from Public Storage for 5 yrs and whenever I had any problems it was handled with such understanding and kindness NEVER have I experienced any negative attitudes from any of their staff. In fact, I really like to thank MICHELLE and CHRISTIAN or TRISTEN (sorry if I got your name wrong) they were so helpful and accommodating. The facility itself is very well maintenance, clean and I love how you’re able to open the gate with your Public Storage app without getting out your car and manually enter the gate code! Kudos for that!
El GalloGreat place, easy access, very nice management on duty. Searching online was easy and sometimes there are online deals. You can do your information online and reserve a unit for free which makes the check-in process faster. Upon arriving I was done in about 10 minutes and got to see the unit in advance. The unit was what I wanted, cleaned and ready to move in. They do sell moving and storage supplies including locks which you might need a special one depending on the unit you get.
