Jessica AI wish i didnt have to give not even one star. Came here to inquire about storage information, there was a sign that they will be back at 1 PM but it was already 1:27. A guy name "Mark" opened the door and ask if we needed we needed anything. He didnt greet us at all. I went inside and it seemed like he had just woken up. He had a shitty attitude since the beginning. Told him we didnt have a reservation and we had gone online but wanted to come in to get more information. He said with a nasty attitude that everything online was accurate. Making me feel unwelcome. I had to call him out and ask why the attitude. Im very disappointed given that this was one of our first choices since it had really good reviews. First impression wasnt the greatest. Sorry we disturbed your sleep Mark. This guy had a hat with long hair and mustache with a black jacket.
Miguel SotoI came wanting a storage, Jose at the office help me, he show me around and what I say is the place is very clean, friendly environment, he even mentioned about a new system in place were I can be notifiy when my storage is open, this very important to me, however, I need the storage until February. I made up my mine and will return to rent here. Thank you so Jose for your kindness.
