Excellent Site Representation
The online company that booked the reservation screwed it up. Instead of ordering a 10 x 5 as requested, I got two 5 x 5's next to each other. The site representative calmly fixed the error, showed me several other options and changed all of the paperwork and billing to get it right. CALL the site directly and don't use the online booking service.

We stopped by West Coast Self-Storage towards the end of the day to see if we could just pick up a brochure. Kelli welcomed us in, showed us around and was so delightful, friendly and helpful. Meeting her, our decision was made. The facility is clean, well kept, climate controlled, pest control measures taken seriously with no issues. This was an easy decision for us. Bright, well lit, safe, convenient location. But the people, as always, really make the difference. Top notch!

CBAS MANAGEMENT, INCKelli was very helpful and welcoming. She made the registration process go super smoothly and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. The facility is clean and you can tell the climate control works well. Glad this location opened up!! Our belongings will be safe and secure!

She worked with me to find the best affordable deal, and was overly accommodating in making sure I got exactly what was best for me. The facility is brand new, temp controlled, spotless and easily accessible. Lots of carts and dollies to help transport things in and out, and a huge covered portico to accommodate a large moving truck. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
