Great facility, professional staff!
Chris was very helpful on premises when I wasn’t able to be there due to a funeral out of state. He made sure the moving guys did everything correctly, recommended a secure lock for me, and when I was able to go out there to check everything a week later, we changed the codes and he gave me a brief tour of the area where my stuff is stored with the rules for storage again. He was/is very polite and professional. I appreciated it in such a challenging time.

I had movers put my stuff in storage. Chris contacted me, explained the process for move-in, recommended a more secure lock, and scheduled an in-person meet. He was polite, professional, friendly, and accommodating. I received pics of the storage. Everything looked clean and neat. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll know more when I go there in person, but the area seemed good also,

Shows a listing to book a low rate at your facility- then when oush the book it icon it doesnt take you to the low rate its listed but instead only gives you options to book a unit over twice as much as advertised

This is an incredibly clean and well-run facility in a convenient location within town. Christopher is very friendly, thorough with sharing information regarding your unit and cares about his customers. This is the only place to put your things in Palm Springs.
Brian PugaI’ve used this storage facility twice during my years in Palm Springs. The entire place is extremely clean, you can tell by how nice the bathroom is! My first unit was not climate controlled, but my second unit was. Trust me when I say, there is an immense difference between the two. My first unit was used for just a couple months, but during that time there was some fire beetle invasion in PS, and there were dead beetles everywhere inside my unit. On top of that, everything was covered in dust/sand, and things that I didn’t even know could melt were melted. Contrast that with my second unit, which was so clean after two years of use, and no heat damage to any of my property. The staff have all been amazing, especially the current manager. Paperwork and all that other dull stuff is quick and easy. He’s also super friendly.

He also stayed a little later than normal to make sure the movers put all my stuff in storage and sent pics. Highly recommend you contact him if needed. Great company!
