Jose and Janet were amazing. They’re on top of everything. I didn’t have access to my Moms unit and they identified that I wasn’t a normal visitor and asked what I was doing but they were professional and helped me get added to my elderly Moms account so I could manage it going forward. They were very professional and polite. Doing a great job!
