The rental process was easy, just be aware of additional costs like mandatory insurance, a lock, and a moisture absorber. The customer service was great and I had an overall good experience. They provide loading carts as well for convenience.

Customer service is by far the most important aspect of any business. The manager went above and beyond when I was there. He not only got be squared away but went out of his way to assist others that were having problems.

Makenna WeeksIt was quite a difficult day, I live out of state and needed to downsize my unit but I had brought the wrong set of keys with me. Lindsey was very helpful throughout the day, assisting me with payments, transfers, and locksmiths, even cheering me on as I was there for four hours with my friend.
