From the prices, quality of units, and the staff (Amy was amazing!) I’m very happy with this location. They explained everything thoroughly, helped change my reservation from one unit to another, and made the process very easy. If you’re looking for a well priced, secure, and stress free storage unit this is your place!
Dee WestI reserved a unit and went to the place to get the unit but nobody answered the call box, if the buzzer even worked. The office is behind closed gates and the buzzer looks pretty old and worn. There was a car by the office so I know somebody was in the office, but they didn't answer the phone number I was given from the confirmation and they didn't answer the gate while I was standing outside of it. Boy, customer service is a rare gem these days. This place only gets 1 star because I need to give it something. Too bad it doesn't have negative stars.
Rick OverQuick response from Mamte. She provided us a storage unit that was perfect for our needs. It was easy to access and the price was acceptable. We only needed it for a short time and what was useful to us was a previous review that told us to remember to give 30 days notice IN WRITING or we could end up paying more. I am passing this along since that is what we did and we had no issues even though we were on automatic payments. The place has good security with working security cameras all around and the unit is inside locked gates.

If it wasn't for Matas great customer service I would have never stayed a satisfied customer. She is kind , compassionate and dedicated to her job and family. I am grateful for the opportunity to Experience such greatness at a storage facility. We need more caring, hard workers like Mata in this crazy world. Thank you for making a vast difference for so many years!
