Prices seemed low and efficient in the beginning then rate started to go up little by little $45 to almost $85-90 in a year it’s understandable with cost of everything going up but beware of insane rodent infestation there’s the walls aren’t secure to seal your unit completely there’s huge gaps that leave access for rodents to travel if other tenants have foods in their unit make sure you have a solid renters insurance
