R HPretty straightforward for renting the unit. Easy access but the gate closes at 7 pm. This can be hard for parents who drive to Merced to help moving the student out ( we did 2 trips and time is tight). We had used this storage for 2 summers (my son is at UC Merced). I like the climate control aspect since we store his refrigerator, microwave, etc. The 5x7 is best to be shared with couple other students. Price per month is higher than other outdoor storage units and we didn’t need all the space. Good communication via email.
