What a giant step up from my previous storage site (just down the road in Pacheco) granted it is a bit more money but the accessibility and security are well worth it! Nice manager and check in was a breeze. Space is larger and the area is safe.

Sue at the front is super kind. We had talked over the phone and she gave us advice based on how much stuff we had what size unit we should get. When we got there and saw it we thought there's no way our stuffs gonna fit in there. Sue was so happy to change it to something larger and more pricey, but she was also adamant still our stuff would fit in. Sure enough she was spot on and ended up making it less complicating having to switch the contract to another unit. So clearly she's a pro. It feels really safe because everyone has individual key in codes aliened with your unit. And when you try to go into someone elses unit after punching in an individual code that doesn't match, an alarm will go off. We know this because my mom also rents there so we hit both ours up together one day, but only punched in my code driving in. Sue was there to immediately fix the alarm, and I was happy to know our stuff is guarded. You can also negotiate with them on rates fairly easily. They offered a retention rate for 3 months I may just take them up on given I've been so pleased with the service and it would be nice to keep my holiday stuff out of my garage. Anyway, highly recommend! Someone give Sue a raise.
megan noahThis place has raised the rent to at least double what I signed up for in the past couple years! I started renting the space for under $100 and now I just paid $535 for 2 months! And they have no clue so ç Don't believe the line on the website, new customers and standing customers are charged the same rate because that's Definitely a lie! Can't wait till I can move all my furniture out of that place.
