Great customer service
I rented storage unit on the 10/11/18 , but havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t actually moved my things in yet . So far everything looked cleaned and the lady in office had great customer service . Showed us the unit and and explained rules and regulations . Signed some papers and we were done and ready to move in .

Been a long time customer and things changed. If I was new there wouldn't be anything noticable. Not anything bad but it just isn't what I used to be. It definitely had glory days this place but those days are past. Still a good place though.

Renee ArchuletaI currently have a C Train at a storage facility down the street. I need to downsize from 1 large one to 2 smaller ones. I'm having a hard time finding a place with 2 available units next to each other. And to find a place that's affordable on top of that?! Ugh. Anyways, the manager, Sheila, was BEYOND helpful to me! She couldn't offer me what I wanted, however, she did end up finding almost exactly what I've been looking for, close by at a totally different facility though. And the price was jaw dropping. I might not be storing my junk at Madera Secure Storage at the moment, but the service that Sheila gave, gives me no other choice than to talk this place up and refer my loved ones. She didn't have to do extra for me. She could have shoved me off and went on with her day. But, she listened to my needs and even though she lost a potential client at the moment, she wanted to make sure that I had a positive experience dealing with her and her company. And believe me...... I'M EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH SHEILA'S SERVICE! I'LL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!!!! Thank you again!!
