My experience was super fast and easy. Liz was very helpful and knowledgeable. I let her know what I needed the space for and she gave me the perfect size unit. She took me up to view it and allowed me to take pictures to show my mom who I’ll be sharing the unit with. The leasing process was clear and she answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend and refer anyone to rent from Extra Space Storage and be assisted by Liz.
Jessie HardinAs I approached, they were not open yet, but I still got in the gate because people are moving in. The guy was very gentle and polite and told me to give him one minute. He allowed me in 15 minutes early before they open and still resurface he had an amazing smileand all three of them were pretty polite and gentle. I’m very thankful for this place because it helps me in my transition. I only need it for about a week so the first month free was awesome. I still had to pay an administration fee and insurance but that’s nothing compared to the original price. God is good I’m thankful. Mr. Antonio Mendoza is the person That served me In the picture, he’s the guy on the left
