I would highly recommend sparefoot
I would highly recommend using barefoot. The customer service was some of the best I've ever had the gentleman that helped us was incredible and we wouldn't have been able to find the storage unit at this price without him. The storage facility is so clean and has great parking and the units are super well lit and great sizes
Good facility. Wish for a couple of more carts
Everything is good, just needs more carts.

Josh is very helpful and it was a seamless check-in.
Move in was easy
Little smaller than I thought but my own fault for not going to see it first, the instructions were easy to follow and unit easy to move into. Overall great!
Easy access, clean
The staff was really friendly and the storage was easy to access. Just plug-in your code at the gate and elevator. However the carts wheels were kind of swirvy.

I've used quite a few facilities and this one takes the cake, frosting and a side of ice cream. Customer service is beyond anything you'd expect. Facility is clean, secure and pet friendly(please be a responsible pet owner). Ms. Manager you are the best, I found her cleaning the Facility when I arrived this morning. You can't go wrong with this Extra Space Storage.
Trey OwnbyAngelica at the Haskell location in Van Nuys is amazing! I booked online and there was a mix up with the type of unit I was getting. She resolved the issue quickly, expertly and got me into another unit with no hassle. The new drive up unit is clean and has lighting.
