Monty MilhadoLiz at the DeSoto location really helped us out today. Personable, sincere, helpful, and very knowledgeable she was able to get us what we needed super quick. I had been told a certain size was not available the day before when needing to size up our storage, I was told to let the manager that day put me on a list. I remembered to bring this up at the end and she took extra care to go and search for that size because she remembered it being available. It was and I am so thankful for her help. She has made us a lifelong member, she definitely went out of her way to help and I am so thankful we found the right storage space needed on such short notice.
