Very attentive staff
The staff was very helpful finding my space showing me the codes and making sure I know how to get in. Very pleasant and wore a mask to protect everyone during the quarantine period that is in place now

This Livermore location is in a very convenient location with easy access in and out! This is property is very clean and the office staff are friendly especially Jessica who walked me through the entire process of leasing a space. She's also very knowledgeable about the products for sale at the store. I came just to inquire about leasing a storage space and I ended up leasing the 10'X15' unit that same day with Jessica's help!

This storage facility is awesome The customer service Jessica gives is exceptional- because of her the facility is clean and well kept. The App is great for making it easy to access the facility.
