When we walked to the unit, the door was sticking, but Miranda was quick to find another unit (a bit closer and more direct actually!) and we were able to store our items with no hiccups! We met a very friendly Suresh back in the office and he finished some of the paperwork. Very friendly and efficient team. Thank you both for the amazing service.
