I’ve been using public storage for six month already but i’ve never experienced such a good services, especially with Gina! She was super helpful and very kind. Gina made everything easy and was professional the whole time. Really appreciate her help — great customer service!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared for anyone considering renting here. I reserved a unit online, and nowhere in the description did it clearly state that access would require climbing a ladder. I only discovered this after checking in. If you’re storing light holiday decorations, maybe that’s manageable — but if you have heavy or bulky items, carrying them up a ladder is not just inconvenient, it’s unsafe. When I asked to switch to a standard ground-access 5x5 unit, I was quoted $58 per month — even though similar units were listed online for around half that price. On top of that, I was told the $29 administrative fee would not be refunded if I canceled. But what truly made this visit stand out — for all the wrong reasons — was the office environment. The smell of cigarette smoke inside the office was overwhelming. Not a faint lingering odor — it was strong enough that I started coughing while speaking with the staff. Smoking inside a customer service office is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not have to choose between holding their breath or cutting their visit short. Between the lack of clear unit description, inconsistent pricing, and the smoke-filled office, this was not a positive experience. I would strongly encourage management to address the smoking issue immediately and ensure transparency in unit descriptions and pricing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

I highly recommend! Taylor at the this Redhill location was amazing. I’ve been completely stressed over this move… just had a very tough year of loss, so doing this entire process alone has been tough. I visited other storage places, but I felt like I was imposing with my questions and not welcomed at all. Not only did Taylor put my mind at peace, he was very helpful and encouraging. He made this portion of my move easy. I had a lot of concerns and Taylor was thorough with explaining and I left feeling very confident that I made the right decision. He worked on getting me a great deal for my needs. Love this location. Clean, organized and safe. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I swear I could hear the floors humming with cleanliness. Every aisle was so pristine, and the units themselves? Sparkling! Margaret herself is a force of nature. She doesn't just hand you a key; she bestows upon you the sacred trust of a perfectly maintained and SECURED space. You can see the pride in her eyes –She genuinely cares that your precious (or not-so-precious) belongings are housed in a fortress and that renters are well educated on services/resources offered & Public Storage's hours of operation. If you're looking for a storage unit where you can literally eat off the floor (though I wouldn't recommend it), and a place where your treasured belongings are secured and monitored 24/7 like Fort Knox, Public Storage off of Redhill is your place!! Thank you Margaret, for your professionalism, humor, and shared love of caffeine 1st thing in the morning!

Margaret is amazing!! This was my first Time ever renting a public storage unit and I had no clue what I was doing. Margaret walked me through The whole process showed me different units. Helped me finalize my purchase and then showed me how to get into it. Do the lock everything. Price is fair and the help you can’t beat. Margaret is the best!! Miriam was awesome as well but Margaret saved me.
