A big shout out to Colie ‘ she was patient, courteous and friendly. The place is also very well maintained. Fantastic service overall. Colie is great at her job and it shows! She was very informative and didn’t make my son and I feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. She showed us our different options and didn’t try to upsell for a bigger unit. I highly recommend Extra Space storage!

He solved an issue I had with an existing sister storage unit in 5 minutes, when they took 3 days to even get back to me unresolved.Talk about above and beyond he did that.
