I love Middletown Empire Storage!
The move-in process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The online paperwork was simple to complete, and I was shown the available spaces beforehand. When I arrived, Cheryl, the manager, was very friendly and welcoming. She made sure I had everything I needed and clearly explained all the required documents. I’ve had a great experience in the past, and this recent move-in was just as wonderful.

Cheryl is the contact person. She is very personable & friendly. I had many questions & she was very willing to cover them. She was extremely diligent in covering anything & everything you could need to know & follows up with a tour of your rented unit & especially stressing how important it is to be sure your unit is locked properly. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asked, it was centrally located, easy to get to & exceptional staff (this being most important to me).

Nice clean place the manager covers all bases in a cheerful business like manner but the thing that made me choose this facility was the fact that I could do paperwork and payment online and move in the same day...

I have to say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences that I’ve ever had! We were running late and we weren’t going to arrive until after they were closed. My husband was panicking because the movers were coming from 2 1/2 hours away. I suggest you just call to find out what we could do. Well, I’m certainly glad we called, it was such a pleasant experience, she had no problems waiting for us. In fact she made us feel absolutely comfortable and wished us safe driving. When we got there, she welcomed us told us just take our time no problem and everything was so incredibly smooth. If you have Store things, I would have to recommend this place. This Is the best place you could ever put your things as well as the safest!

A MMaking a big move from long way away, and I found this place online. Set up for rental was super easy, and user friendly: we had a rental agreement set within 10 minutes start to finish. No sooner than that being complete, I received a call from Cheryl, confirming receipt and welcoming us. We made it today with our first load and she was just an incredibly warm person! We had a great chat, and truly felt taken care of in every way. If you're needing storage in this area I IMPLORE you to use empire!!!
