Catalina NavaThis a a friendly respectful Very clean professional self storage I take customer service to a high standard in business and these guys know exactly how it's done Thank you. I do have a complaint. We pay storage and gate hours are 6 am -8pm why is the bathroom locked for customers. We are already in challenging situations, bathroom shouldn't be locked between gate hours .that's the purpose of having a site manager. I pay two storages why do I have to question the bathroom. Rent is paid.
