After the holidays I was looking for a storage unit to clear some space in my house. I decided on Cubesmart. Location is convenient which is a bonus for me. Upon my move in date I went to the office to get checked in and all that. Kevin was most pleasant, knowledgeable, and made sure I had all the information I needed. Getting my unit setup was a breeze thanks to Kevin. I didn't even have any questions to ask because how informative Kevin was. Kevin was thorough and made everything as easy as can be. 10/10 I recommend and if you decide to do business here hopefully you have Kevin to go over everything with you because he is honestly most amazing and makes the process stress free and so easy.

Huge rat infestation, actually saw a hawk fly down and kill and proceed to eat one , as well as ran across one trying to get up the stairs and a friends came running with a sword and chopped it in half, that was wild to witness. Also have knowledge of several thefts of customers units, by people who may or may not have permission to be on the property. Staff have the worste customer service and are beyond rude. Staff will play games with your access code that allows you to enter the drive through gates and disable it on you at will. Currently I have 2 units that are paid up current and my access code is disabled. I am now filing a lawsuit for unlawfully locking me out to access my personal and business property. Because of their ignorance and childlike games they play, I lost a $6,500. Job, as my tools and customers materials are in my storage units. And there is a bathroom on site, but they say its not working when it actually works, I have 1st hand experience of this and is a fact. So you must drive down the road a half mile to use the restrooms at the gas station, jack in the box or Walmart.Terrible company, don't give them your business, unless you want a lot of stress and anxiety.

I had a terrible experience today at this branch. Nobody can go inside their storage. What a joke. Came there twice. I’m thinking of going back to my old storage because it is more organized

This place was great up until a yr ago or so when the new management took over. Lost my remote access to gate. Got locks cut off. People now are living in the storage units. Elevator hasn't worked in over a yr. I've asked and response was they're working on it. Im on the 2nd floor. The new managers are very rude. There are so many cars parked on the only driveway to get in. Then sometimes guy welding out there in the driveway. It's not clean anymore. Looks like a dam junk yard!!!and did i mention how rude the management couple is!!!! And they raising the rent because the facility is so well maintained. No way. I been there for over 5 yrs and this is not at all well maintained!!! Oh and I have had my access code changed on me 3 times already this last yr as well!

The lady was very nice and helpful. There wasn’t many storage units available so I had to upgrade and that was OK. I mean, I can add more.
