Alexis and Madi are great! Made the process very easy in renting a storage. I moved from a storage (different company), where it wasn't safe or clean. This storage, StorQuest, is clean and safe. Gladys HornFrom the time we walked in , Alexis was great! We were interested in a 10x10 or a 10x15. She was very accommodating and took us to see the units. While taking us through she explained that the location is brand new and that right now is a great time to lock in on rates. That helped with our comfort level in knowing that our belongings would be safe. She explained about the safety of the units and that the locks are flushed against the unit which was a nice upgrade from others that we’ve seen. Very knowledgeable and helpful in the entire process. We ended up leasing the 10x15. Thanks Alexis!
