Rene MollowHad a great experience with the manager, James. Before renting, I did review other comments, and the overwhelming concern raised was about increased prices. I rented based on an online promotional rate and asked James about this concern. He addressed it, did not over or under promise me anything, and asked if/when the rate increases to reach out to him. James was also very helpful in showing me a few options of storage based on the size I was looking for, which also helped to inform my final decision. Lastly, James did shar that he has been the manager at my particular location for several years. I appreciated his honesty on the matter, and he was very efficient in finishing up my rental contract. The facility is very clean and has carts available to assist with moving items. Very pleased with the space, the experience, and really like the app.
