They sold all my things to auction… All 6 boxes of my entire life. In the span of 24 hours. I have been paying ontime always for a year. until my Card number changed unexpectedly and I was abroad unable to figure out how to Change the Payment method. I understand the problem. However knowing that I almost fainted and gotten a heart attack. I am devastated. Only bcs of 2 months I couldn’t figure out administration and I am abroad. I think they must change the regulation to give more time and understand the situation. When I arrived after a 3 hour drive and a 25 hour plane ride; the lady was also saying I will be unpremitted to be in the premises or it is considered tresspassing (And me not knowing at all they threw away all of my lifes crucial belongings) although I have entrusted public storage with my everything and spending so much money as a student on exchange not from here. I had a good experience coming in. But once they see that you are experiencing issues and have trouble paying. They treat you less of a human.. this is my first and last time using this storage, Knowing this I wouldn’t have chosen the route… its truly a heartbreaking situation and experience despite the procedures. We could all do sm better. And this is like an unbearable experience..

Went five minutes before closing, but Camilla was able to set me up an appointment for the day right away. It was super simple to view and get the unit and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Camilla was friendly and super helpful through the entire process.
