SPEECHLESS! PICTURES DOESN'T DO THE STORAGE JUSTICE LOL!
I do not even know where to begin! There is so many great things.I want to say about the storage facility.But my character limit is only 2000 and I know I definitely will go over that lol. In short, Every interaction I've had with an employee at Self store it was BEYOND EXECPTIONAL. Starting with the first phone call to inquire about renting a storage all the way until my move in day was a BREEZE and smooth sailing. When I first saw my unit I was AMAZED AND INSTANTLY KNEW I FOUND THE PERFECT, SAFE AND SECURE STORAGE FACILITY. EVERYONE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PATIENCE AND THROUGH. WITH THEM THERE IS NO CHANCE AT MISUNDERSTANDING ANY INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES TAKES THEIR TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND ASK QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND AS WELL. I HAVE MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT MY REVIEW WOULD TURN INTO A SHORT NOVEL LOL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING HERE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED OR HAVE ANY REGRETS!

Signing up was a breeze, they had a lock available since I didn't have one with me (and with a review they refund the cost of the lock), SUPER clean facility and grounds.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience! My experience with this company has been absolutely wonderful! It was so convenient — they provided an easy way to obtain my storage unit completely over the phone, which was perfect since I was in the middle of a move. Everything was handled remotely and on my own time, which made things so much less stressful. The manager, Debbie, was amazing from start to finish. She was very patient, friendly, and understanding. She explained every step clearly and even stayed on the phone with me the entire time until all my documents were signed and everything was complete. When I arrived at the facility on a Sunday, I didn’t know how to use the lock, and Debbie answered right away — even though the office was closed. She was kind enough to offer to come down in person to help, but with her guidance over the phone, I was able to get it open myself. I really appreciated that she even gave me her personal number, which made it possible to finish everything outside of business hours. The units themselves are very clean, secure, and easy to access, and I love that you can share the access code conveniently through an app invite. Overall, I give this company a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and convenient storage experience. Debbie truly went above and beyond!
Melissa SilvasFirst of all, I had been putting off getting a storage unit because I was convinced I’d have to go in person, and maybe some people prefer doing things the old-school way, but listen, I’m 38 and all about convenience and speed. I’m constantly on the go, so the fact that I was able to reserve a storage unit completely online in about 3–5 minutes was amazing! I even got a quick follow-up call just asking me to come in to grab my lock and key and show my ID. Talk about quick, easy, and efficient service that totally meets this busy mom’s needs. I moved some things in yesterday, and the whole process was seamless. The facility is spotless, very well lit, and I felt completely safe being there alone—which as a woman, means a lot. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free storage experience!
