Sheldon and Ben were great. I was there to work on some things, and they assisted me in every way possible. Because of them, the work was done in no time and easily. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were also patient and knowledgeable about the cube storages.

Biggest regret renting a unit here. Had my things here for 3 months and this place is infested with rats who pooped and peed on our belongings where I stored my entire apartment in beds couches dressers clothes, all ruined when I opened my unit up it smelled like animal feces and urine and when I told the front office all they did was give me small packets of rat poison to place in my unit. Didn’t even come check it out bc I’m pretty sure they know they have this disgusting problem. Even having insurance here from cube smart didn’t even cover rodent damage. Disgusting unprofessional service here. They didn’t even offer anything to help clean up all the poop.

Been coming to this CubeSmart since I’ve been in Citrus Heights. It is the most reliable storage facility I believe in the neighborhood it’s quiet and Clean. I also think they have the best prices. Ben usually helps me. He’s been amazing as far as a storage facility operator. Highly recommend.

My unit burnt with all my life's belongings after being stored there for 5 years. Their electrical started the fire and no compensation has been offered. They are not very helpful with the insurance claim even though they require you to have this insurance to rent a unit there, max is $2,000 which is ridiculous since everything I owned burned. Just my coffee and end tables alone were $1,400 + Dinette and chairs were $800 that's already over $2000.. You think they would have more info than just a brochure for me they didn't even have claims forms available and like 50 or so units burned. Also, I was reviewing the rental contract that they gave for my ins claim while I was cleaning out my unit and all my information does not match what's on my online account - not my address, not my phone number, not even the price I paid per month and now I'm realizing they have been price gouging me the whole time! Why was I paying $240 a month for a 5x10? The contract they reprinted for me says the rate on that unit is only $105. WTF!!! Poor lighting outside and inside halls also no climate control. Awkward entrance gate and tight squeeze to get into different rows. No bathrooms available, not even a hand wash station for people sorting thru their charred belongings. There was a bald homeless lady in her pj's trying to get into the secondary gate that had a padlock on it. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Stay away!!!!! One of the Worst Place Ever!!!! The alarm at 7562 Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95610 was going off non-stop for two full days and nights. We couldn’t sleep at all. There was no emergency contact, no one to call, and no information on what to do in this kind of situation. It was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional. Next time, I will be reporting this to the city. Absolutely unacceptable.
