Let me tell you I’ve rented storage units in many Storage locations. This will have to be the best experience I’ve encountered. Crystal the front desk associate provided me with great customer service. Not only is she knowledgeable, she’s also very friendly and easy going. She makes the whole process feel less of a transaction. Only reason I will be looking into renting here is because of Crystal.

After shopping around we came into this office and the manager, Crystal was very welcoming and took the time to answer all our questions. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The managers professionalism and attention to detail is what made me choose this storage place. I also like the hours as I can go before or after work and it's open. Highly recommend this storage facility

My husband and I came to this place after going to a couple others storages and being disappointed with the service but to our surprise we were greeted by a friendly and professional girl at the front desk. Crystal was super knowledgeable and gave in depth information about storage sizes the prices and fees even took us to see the exact unit they had to offer. The rate for a 10x20 was a little more then what we wanted to spend but she offered a promotion for the first month and her fantastic customer service kindness and patience while my husband and i made a decision is what won us over . She has amazing customer service and will definitely recommend her store to our friends and family

I got this storage on line and paid for the storage unit and lock and the one time fee. I'm I'll so I don't leave my house so I had my husband go to pick up the lock because we were taking everything to the storage the next day. The guy was so rude to my husband and did not want to give him the lock because they said he was not on the paperwork. He locked my husband out and when I called him he did not want to speak to me. I called customer service and told them what was happening and I told them he has authorization to pick up the lock they keep calling the office but he would not pick up so they emailed the worker. Eventually they gave him the lock. Then next morning my son and my husband took the day off to move without pay. When they got there the employee put a lock on my storage unit so we could not get in I paid for it a week before. I waited 2 days for the district manager to call me they never did. So they held my storage hostage because my husband went the day before. First time using this company and last time. They didn't even offer any compensation for everything we went through.

Crystal and Hairo have been beyond knowledgeable and have help me out since day one. If it wouldn’t have been for them I would have been lost and confused. I prefer to speak with them in person than the kios. Once again I thank you both for your assistance.
