It was a very nice facility in a very nice area. Well kept and clean. I felt very comfortable storing my belongings, and to top it all off, the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

The community bathroom by the elevator is usually very gross.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Cerritos. Marco was extremely professional and helpful. I had reserved a unit online, and he walked me through the move-in process, showed me the unit, and helped me upgrade to a ground-level space that better suited my needs. He answered all my questions, explained my insurance options, and even saved me money since I already had a lock. The facility was super clean, well-run, and easy to navigate. I was able to use a dolly and get everything moved in quickly. Even the other customers were friendly and offered to help. Overall, smooth process and excellent customer service—Marco really made it easy. Highly recommend!
LB_Lucy LuuThis place is very modern, very clean, the manager herself took my on a tour and discussed on how to use my code, entrance, elevator, restroom and exit. There is motion lights within the storage facility and even inside your unit. It was a 1st for me!! Not fighting with a prestoric elevator while doing a balancing act with my items was my most favorite part. Even Clean bathrooms, and convenient, modern day technology. The negative part is those who forget to pick up their unwanted debris, by accident possibly.
